A Glimpse and The Eternity
《A Glimpse and The Eternity》is an interactive AudioVisual Work.
In its static form, the work is a geographic map. If you click on the screen, the graphic morphs into flowing water, which incessantly shapes new expansions and landscapes.
The algorithmic visual is written by WebGL & Javascript, and the audio analysis is built with the WebAudio API, connecting the audio signal with the visual in real time.
As a result, the sound signal keeps pushing the flow of the water circularly.

Humankind’s left eye catches sight of the reticence of water,
and a figment of fantasy in the mundane world
Humankind’s right eye catches a glimpse of the rhythm of water,
and the perennial motion of the natural world
The steadfast stare of the left eye is the cessation of water
It is a flash of reverie in the mundane world
Territories and boundaries
Dream-creating and career-building
The peripheral look of the right eye is the cycle of water
It is the perpetual movement of the natural world
Absorbing and dissipating
Waning and waxing
The consummate goodness is like water.
May humankind in the long river of time
Open their eyes
